As for "claims that a large number of the prisoners are suffering from psychosis as a result of conditions in the detention center" -- ummm.... I'm guessing most if not all of them very suffering from psychosis LONG before we didnt kill them on the battlefield (which we SHOULD have done).
And what's up with THIS crap: "According to one official, the report notes that some detainees have great difficulty communicating from cell to cell". I still dont know how to create a shock faced emoticon. I would think we DONT WANT THEM COMMUNICATING CELL TO CELL!!!! We aren't talking about fucking John McCain in Hanoi -- its KSM and his band of INSANE MURDERERS WHO ARE BENT ON KILLING US AND BRINGING DOWN SOCIETY!!!

Look, I understand the need to cover your ass, and I have heartily blamed Arbusto for many failings and faults. But this man still makes the veins in my head pop out with his ability to shirk any and all responsibility AND to get away with it.

I think the lesson is -- we did it to ourselves by allowing 536 people to control our economy. They are NOT geniuses or magicians -- they are people, which means they are just as greedy & stupid as the rest of u.

Since the first time C-SPAN ranked presidents, in 2000, Bill Clinton jumped six spots from No. 21 to 15. Among other recent presidents, Ronald Reagan advanced from 11 to 10 and George H.W. Bush from 20 to 18. Jimmy Carter fell from 22 to 25.
George W. Bush, who left office last month, was ranked 36th out of the 42 men who had been chief executive when the survey was conducted by the cable channel C-SPAN.
So... a man who was impeached and lost his law license, did NOTHING of consequence while in office for 8 years except welfare reform (which was just gutted by the Spenulus package) is in the top 20.
Dont even get me started on Carter.
Now.. I'll admit that post Katrina, Arbusto was effectively a lame duck, but they have him ranked with James Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Franklin Pierce, William Henry Harrison and Warren G. Harding. Bitch please.
